ラングエッジキッチン英語教室の信念は、言語を自分自身で生涯学び続ける事のできる学習者を形成し、育む事です。このグローバル化し続ける世界の中で、外国語を駆使したコ ミュニケーションは必要不可欠なものになってきていると、私達は信じております。
外国語を学ぶという事は、学生達にとって将来キャリアの幅を広げる能力の取得だけではなく、母国語そのものの理解と知識を深める事ともなりますので、日本文化を世界と共有していく人材となって行く為の学習でもあり、そのプロセスでもあります。
その様な教育が学生達の、これからの豊かな生活の基盤となっていけば、と私達は願っております。

AIKO TRAN
「行きたい！」という動機だけで、20歳の時に英語力ゼロで単身渡米、その後カナダ、アイルランドに移住し計１０年海外生活。
カナダでは、英語を母語としない方に向けて英語を教える方法（TESOL）を学ぶ。
体当たりの交流の中で築き上げた国際色豊かな人脈を生かして、帰国後に英語教室Language Kitchenを開く。
「英語を教えない英語教室」として、子どものやりたいを優先し、英語力ではなく、様々な能力を引き出す。また、世界１３カ国、５０以上の海外の個人や団体、学校と交流を実施。
結果、天皇も参列するスピーチコンテストに優勝、発展途上国の流通改善の為にパイロットを目指す子など、2,000人近くの子供達をグローバルな才能開花に導く。
母親が変われば子どもがさらに輝くと考え、速ペラブレイクスルー認定講師となり、大人向けの英語コーチとしても活躍中。たった数ヶ月で英語力が飛躍し、自分らしく輝きだす人が続出。
最愛の夫(母国での教師経験ありのアメリカ人）と宇宙と繋がっているバイリンガルの一人娘とホームスクーリングを満喫中。 わたし独自で生きていい。を自分に許可したことで引き寄せが止まらない人生を送っている。
Motivated to experience another country but without English skills, Aiko went to the U.S.A. at the age of 20. She has lived in the U.S.A, Canada and Ireland for a total of 10 years. She has mastered a teaching system for non-English speakers; TESOL, in Canada. Aiko's opened her English learning classroom "Language Kitchen" after returning to Japan.
She brought her experience and various, international network. Language Kitchen is considered as the place where encouragement brings out the talents and possibilities of children in all ways not just the teaching of English. Language Kitchen students have experiences to communicate with over 50 people, schools, organizations, from over 13 countries. Over 2000 children around the world have learned English with Language Kitchen and have developed their talents and abilities. Some of our past students are a national champion of a speech contest, and an aspiring pilot for the medical improvement of the developing countries. Aiko believes that "If mothers develop, their kids will shine more."
She's also an active certified instructor of "Soku-pera Breakthrough Coaching" for adults. Her adult students have improved their English skills tremendously within just several months with her coaching. They're lives have begun to shine more as a result. Aiko also enjoys home-schooling with her lovely, bilingual daughter who is a universally connected, and working with her beloved husband, a former teacher from America.
Huy Tran（ウィー トラン）：講師／経営
ヒュートランはALTやJTEを訓練し、21世紀の強力な道具を活用する方法をESLたちに教えるグローバルな教育デザイナーです。彼は南カリフォルニア大学ロシエー教育学部 で科学の学士を取得し、巨大都市であるロサンゼルスで数学、理科、英語を中学生に教えていました。そして、初期e-learning時代にオンライン授業を行う会社を立ち上げました。彼はアクティブラーニングやグループワークをベースにしたラーニング、コンピュータを活用したラーニングなどを含め多くの革新を日本の英語教育に起こしています。初めの3年間はInterac社所属の英語のアシスタント講師として、続く3年間は新しいALT及び日本人英語講師の教育、指導のために山鹿市教育委員会の一員として活動していました。そして彼は柳川高校の国際科・英語コースで3年間活躍し、KAC（Kizuna Across Cultures）をカリキュラムに初めて導入しました。彼は現在、自身の英語学校であるLanguage Kitchenのために時間を使っています。また、私立校やBOEで21世紀の先生方のグローバルなアクティブラーニングのためにワークショップやプレゼンを行なっています。彼はJALTのメンバーでもあり、授業でSkypeを使うこと、コンピュータを導入すること、自主学習を行うことの利点についてのワークショップを行なっています。また、日本、韓国、ベトナム、アメリカの学生を対象にオンライン授業を行なっています。彼は日本、韓国、ベトナムでカンファレンスを行いました。Microsoft Innovative Educatorとして彼は過去5年に渡って、14カ国以上で30人以上の教師と繋がりを持ち、協力体制を整えています。次の5年で教育は完全に変革を遂げると彼は信じています。
Huy Tran is a Global Education Designer who trains ALTs, JTEs, and teaches ESL learners how to harness the powerful tools of the 21st Century. He has been introducing active learning, group project based learning, computer assisted learning, and other innovations into the Japanese education system of teaching English; first as an Assistant Language Teacher with Interac for three years, then three years as a direct hire by the local Board of Education to train and mentor new ALTs, as well as, workshops for Japanese teachers of English. He then taught for three years at Yanagawa High School in the International Communication Course Program and initiated the Global Classmates Program with Kizuna Across Cultures into the curriculum. He now devotes his time as director/teacher of his own English schools, Language Kitchen and as an educational consultant to private schools, BOEs, and teachers on 21st Century, globalized, active learning strategies through workshops and presentations. He is also an active member of JALT (the Japanese Association of Language Teachers) and conducts workshops on the benefits of Skype in the Classroom, computer assisted learning, and autonomous learning. He is also an online teacher with students in Japan, Korea, Vietnam and the United States. He has presented at conferences in Japan, Korea, and Vietnam. As a Microsoft Innovative Educator he has collaborated and connected with over 30 teachers in over 14 countries in the past five years. He firmly believes that the next 5 years will completely transform learning.
